No Games Showing up on Profile

I know there is an issue with pre-order codes, but this is making me a bit more nervous than that.

 

I went in and put in a pre-order code I purchased, and I got the same error code others have mentioned. So I went over and checked to see if it was applied anyway.

 

Well... under my same UN and PW I used to log in to Beta and use my legacy account and characters, I see no games listed. None.

 

Is this something to not be worried about, or does SE have a problem with linking accounts and may have given me some sort of parallel or separate account?

 

Any ideas?

Someone please make a good MMO.
