Applying PS3 code, but not through the PS3/PSN?

Hello,

So, folks are certainly aware that if you're a 1.0 CE owner, that you can't apply the PC CE code for ARR to the same account. The work-around to this is to have pre-ordered/purchased the PS3 version of the game. I did this, registered the Early Access code I got and received the new code from SE.

However, it's not a 20-digit code as osme are stating. This one is a 12 digit code.

The instructions tell me to login through the PS3/PSN and register it there. However, I do not currently have a functioning PS3, so I can't do it that way.

Is anyone else in this same boat who managed to get the code registered via other means? If so, and you could share, that would be awesome...
