pre-order registration error 2

Sorry if already posted, I looked at most of the error threads and does not seem to be mentionned, I have gotten error 2 : Code already been used and also the typical error 3 while trying to register my code, as anyone else had the error 2?

I had entered my code in the square-enix members website and it was showing that my game was registered for PC since middle of July but last week the game disappeared and now is not showing anymore, when I try to enter the code again in that site it says invalid code and when I try to enter it in the redemption site it says error 2 and that its already used.

Anyone that had the same issue that could help?

 

Thank you in advance, I did send an email to Square-Enix customer service but dont know if that will help me much.

How did you come about your pre-order code? If you did this through some "less than legit" websites, then you probably got a dupe code.

 

What website are you using for code registration? There are some for NA, for EU and for JP.

 

What version of the game are you trying to place the pre-order code for? PC or PS3?

 

Error 2 is a bad error, and probably means you will need support to sort that one out, but Error 3 just means there are many other people trying to register as well. Just keep trying until you no longer get Error 3.

Was resolved by customer support, gave me a new code, they seem to be pretty well on the ball to handle these cases right now, was fast and efficient so anyone who has error 2 I suggest making an email to costumer service.
