in Final Fantasy XIV

So I updated my PS3 launcher and im hit with this. What the hell is this? I pre-orderd through PSN(Digital Download). Is this happaning to anybody else who pre orderd through PSN.

 

BTW we never got codes. In our services it says it has early access applied.
