I've lost my FFXIV 1.0 cd key, what do I do?

in Final Fantasy XIV

I managed to login to phase 4 with my square enix account(My cd key was registered on my square enix account september last year)

But I've read somewhere that I need the key to put into the ARR website, is this true?

 

Has anyone got an email I got get in contact with to explain my situation?

    As long as you have the access to your account you are fine. No need for 1.0 CD key

    Whenever I login to the launcher I just get hit with

     

    "No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn."
