Maybe it's from years of terrible posture, maybe it's because I am just getting older (29) :P.
In anycase, I've always had some issues with carpal tunnel, neck/back problems/ wrist issues, etc. I'm sure it's just from years and years of bad posture and slouching in my office chair.
Anyone have any stretches they do before sitting down for a long gaming session each day, or even while/before/after you work. I work in an office environment that's not very ergonomic friendly, so I spend my day on the computer here, and if I am not going out; usually spend my night on the computer as well.
Tips/Tricks/Advice/what have you is all welcome!
