Looking for people to *start* a guild.

After taking a few months break from MMO's all together I'm ready to jump back in with FFXIV. Unfortunately I need a guild, one of the worst parts about starting a new MMO for me is guild shopping. The reason being that I hate to jump into already formed guilds with their own 'clique' of people who get priority over everyone else, this has been the case for me time and time again. No matter how welcoming the guild appears it boils down to the same thing.

What I'm looking for:

A group of people who are willing and capable of leading.

What I am offering:

I will put up the money for teamspeak/vent/mumble whatever the choice is for voip and also for a decent site and forum.

What I would like as a focus for said Guild:

To be determined by the group but I would prefer a PvE raiding focus.

My limitations and why I need help:

I work long shifts Sunday to Wednesday making most of my free time only from Thursday - Saturday. I'm also not terribly experienced with FFXIV or being the lead of a guild.

 

I know it's kind of an odd proposal but I'm so tired of joining the 'clique' or joining a guild or clan that just implodes in on itself because of the relationships already established within.
