Hey guys,

I've been having some issues finding a suitable guild so I'm going to take a much broader approach.  I've got over a decade of MMO experience and I'm looking for a group to conquer FFXIV with.  As a former guild leader, I value an organized group of players.

Voice chat is required, Vent/Mumble/TS preferred.  I'm EST (GMT-5) so I need guilds that match to someone who generally plays during the evening with weekends usually free. 

I'm open to a like minded group or a guild.  I'll be playing a scholar with weaving/goldsmith crafting.  I'm not interested in RP or pure PvE guilds, although pure PvE groups are fine.  I plan to be highly active in the upcoming PvP in this game.
