G2play EA codes wont let you in, you still need a 20digit code!

in Final Fantasy XIV

i bought ea from them, and got a code and entered, no probs, now it says i dont  have an active serve, and links me to a site where i must enter a 20 digit code.

so g2play ea codes was a scam?

    guess ill have to wait until tuesday, god my blodd pressure is over the roof now, im the only 1 of my friends who cant do anything about it. THE RAGE!!! :)

    All EA codes need a 20 digit code after you enter it, it's meant to be emailed to you/shows on screen when you do... but they have run out of those codes apparently. You'll need to wait until they release more.

    G2Play are a bunch of scammers. I've had dealings with them once before buying an Origin code and that one didn't work because it was already used. I sent them a screenshot of it and all I had was a 'please send us your login credentials so we can check". Had to order PayPal to cancel the payment to get my money back.

    Yep same thing happened to me, I bought the Game with early access and 30 days free and only got the early access code. It took me about a half a dozen emails before G2Play finally admitted that they didn't give me the correct code along with some lame excuse about "not wanting to provide me with a key that may not have worked in my region".  LOL.

    Finally got my refund in the end after many emails, and them insisting several times that all they could give me was store credit or "reward points". Now I'm stuck not being able to log in, waiting for digital version to become available.. or a 2 hour drive to buy it off the shelf. (doing the latter tomorrow).

    The exact same thing happened to a friend of mine as well. Needless to say we won't be going back to them again.
