Not sure what's going to happen to people who bought box copies?
Pushed back the launch 2 days i hope they get this resolved.

Could be weeks. It's not just flipping a switch like people here seem to think.
Its is, but you could always play until the 29th with an early access code
Oh okay that makes sense.

And how could you get one without having bought the game? Unless you dishonestly cancelled a pre-order.
lol
The reality here is it's too dang popular. Not a huge problem to know you're not going to have shortage of peeps to play with. Frustrating though as i just want to play.
What? There are plenty of reasons why someone couldnt make it to gamestop or walmart or their box doesnt come in the mail for a few days after the game came out.
Not sure how it works here, but in TOR's case the extended EA was in place for thsoe who pre-ordered box copies, they were given a few days leeway to switch over from ea codes to retail codes (mail).

Agreed. This news does not make me happy. It just means that they really have no clue what is going on and no idea of how to fix these issues. The push back was not a gift to the players, it was a gift to themselves to give them more time to get a clue.
Apparently they just updated that date today, it used to read the 27th until sometime today they snuck that in.
What it means who knows.
Anybody who has pre-ordered hasn't bought anything yet. Anyone who has pre-purchased on the other hand.....Just FYI a typical pre-order cost is $1-$5 depending on the place the transaction is being completed. Also that cash can be switched/refunded/cancelled at any time.

No, they always said that early accessers would have to register for reals by the 30th.
