Payment options other than cc...

With FFXIV 1.0 SE was smart enough to add Click&Buy to the list of supported payment options. But now with ARR that option has been removed and all that's left are a bunch of creditcards, German direct debit, crysta and UltimatePay. Oh yeah and timecards...

For subscriptions I can buy timecards at my local game shop (only one in a range of 50km), but I also want to upgrade to the digital collectors edition. Looks like that's a no-go for me and a lot of other players...
