CE upgrade non-ingame bonuses

in Final Fantasy XIV
Does anyone know how you DL the art book, and soundtrack, etc.? I was not given a link when I upgraded to CE.

...nothing someone says before the word "but" really counts.

    Those are only part of the physical copy which has been sold out for awhile now.
