When do our 30 days free start?

in Final Fantasy XIV
Are they charging us now or waiting till we can actually log in? With as annoying as it is not being able to play the game (I"ve been able to get in about 3 hours total since launch) It's not the end of the world but if it's counting towards our free 30 days with purchase before we can log in on a regular basis then I'll be pissed.

    It starts on the 29th or when you register the retail key (not the pre-order).  I'm not sure which.
