I pre-ordered the game and was finally able to get into the game last night with my pre-order registration code. Where do I need to go to pick up my Cait Sith and the other pre-order bonus item?

    You get it as a mail. You can find the mail at any Delivery Moogle.

    I've already visited a Delivery Moogle 2x and there was no letter waiting for me.  I pre-ordered the physical disc from Gamestop (and they did finally email me the pre-order code yesterday). I even got an email from SE acknowledging I'd entered the pre-order code and that email then had me input *a different* pre-order code which was also acknowledged and allowed me to play the game last night.

     

    Have I been gypped out of getting my pre-order bonuses?
