FATEs: Primo spots in late game

Ok, I did fates from 30-35, it was ridiculously fast.  I was wasting my time in a slow 30-35 zone doing fates when I randomly found a spot, from a FF map, that was a better 30-35 zone for faster FATE's and I flew to 35.  Now I'm at 35, can someone give me a breakdown of the best FATE spots for:

35-40?

40-45?

45-50?

I was using this map, but there are multiple spots per set of levels, and some are better than others, which is why I wanted to ask which is the primo spots for those level sections?
