Worlds to avoid

in Final Fantasy XIV

Trying to make a new character and enter game but most na servers are full , what are the top four servers to avoid because they never want to open ..

 

also not legacy worlds , want a fresh server not one with high ends toons for the old game

    New servers are coming soon. My recommendation would be make a character on a JP server to tinker around with the game then mame your permanent character in a few days.
