Fix for Final Fantasy XIV not starting error.

IF you played Beta you likely need to re download the game it resolved the problem after I finally found a post with the download link as a previous collectors owner they upgraded my account free to digital collectors couldn't download game but here is the link to download it.

It should take only like 1 hour if you have a good connection download speed caps at like 3.5 MBPS which does suck being that I could have download in like 25 minutes.
