New account errors 8/30/13

Theyre asking me to input new registration code in order to play the game. no new code was sent to me in the mail so i try old one but it doesn't work because "it has already been used." i go to ffxiv site, cannot log on because "it requires that you have one active character with the account, log out and create a character." that's cool because since i cant even get into the #$% game. I got to square enix website (yes they have two separate websites where u access your account), i log into there, automatically says page not found. check my profile, no information there. no information anywhere, except in the comments feed about the game with people discovering the same problem as me this morning cursing square enix.

and the retail code should be listed

enter the retail code on the mog station page:  https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/Login?cont=account&request=mogstation

If you got it from Amazon log into your account and it should be in the digital games section.  I'm sure other online retailers are similar.

"omg it's working, i'm not sure how i did it, i re-downloaded the client, and when it asked for product registration i tried all 3 they gave me in various emails, and it worked even got the caracter that wasn't linked to my account anymore, funny thing i've tried all three of those codes, allready didn't work then but worked now, ff14 hardest game ever"
