You may not use the Materials for any sales or commercial use, meaning you cannot receive license fees or advertising revenue, except as part of the partner programs operated by YouTube.com, Twitch.tv, Ustream.tv, or similar programs. If the operator of a partner program seeks to confirm our policy, please point them to this page as we do not have the resources to respond to all requests.

We were just talking about this on a thread yesterday, so kudos to SE for getting some sense.  Maybe they were just waiting for the end of Early Access before letting loose the youtube and twitch hounds.

Problem with YouTube is that when you monetize there it's automatically rejected due to no 'license available to monetize'... I've had this with more than one game that allows YouTube monetization but YouTube thinks otherwise. Therefor I'm no longer posting on YouTube (greedy bastards stealing addspace on my movies)

What a quick response to the foreign feedback.  It's almost unrealistically quick in that maybe it was a PR stunt all along.  Though still, whether it is or not it's good that the decision was reversed so that quality videos could be made to showcase the game and thereby extend the audience.

Given the nature of how Japanese companies have lately attacked youtube (Sega / Nintendo), I'm not so sure to say they originally intended to reverse the idea and that it was genuine, but with an open door policy when it came to feedback.  Here's hoping they are able to resolve server issues and maybe even six the bit where you aren't able to transfer items or gold between your characters (It's making me regret starting two new characters on my server, originally intended to be supported by my old).

Due to frequent travel in my youth, English isn't something I consider my primary language (and thus I obtained quirky ways of writing).  German and French were always easier for me despite my family being U.S. citizens for over a century.  Spanish I learned as a requirement in school, Japanese and Korean I acquired for my youthful desire of anime and gaming (and also work now).  I only debate in English to help me work with it (and limit things).  In addition, I'm not smart enough to remain fluent in everything and typically need exposure to get in the groove of things again if I haven't heard it in a while.  If you understand Mandarin, I know a little, but it has actually been a challenge and could use some help.

Also, I thoroughly enjoy debates and have accounts on over a dozen sites for this.  If you wish to engage in such, please put effort in a post and provide sources -- I will then do the same with what I already wrote (if I didn't) as well as with my responses to your own.  Expanding my information on a subject makes my stance either change or strengthen the next time I speak of it or write a thesis.  Allow me to thank you sincerely for your time.
