So....regarding char creation

Wy do they say they're still not allowing it but it sounds like some people still may be able to create characters? I tried last night but I couldn't get the na list to come up. 
is there an estimation when all this will be fixed so I can do it without any issues?

New servers come next week. If you already bought the game and haven't made a character don't worry your not losing any of the 30 days that come with the game purchase yet...they said they wouldn't start counting time until the servers were added and everyone can play.
Some people might be able to make characters if people delete alts. I had my first character that I rerolled right away, that I figured out how to delete today...someone may have been able to create a new character because of that, not sure.
All I can say is that if you have a character, keep trying to get on, it will happen.
If you haven't created a character yet...all you can do is wait for new servers. All servers in every region are at max capacity.
Its worth the wait. The login and server issues do not reflect a poorly made game. The game itself is bug free, polished, and runs smooth/optimized.
New servers are definitely needed of course, but this won't solve the issue of players having to repeatedly try to get into the overloaded current ones.
So, will there be server transfers?
