So I am trying to get White mage, I got my Conjurer to 30, Arcanist to 15 and went back to the Conjurer guild and found a quest In Nature's Embrace. Is that the start of the white mage quest and if not, how do you start an advanced class quest?

Do your level 30 guild/class quest. And of course, do all of your other class quests before that :P
After that your guild master or another NPC in the vicinity will offer the job quest. The rewards will be the crystal for the job and the first ability for the job - so it's pretty obvious when that quest has been offered (and I'm assuming they all follow the same pattern since this game is ultra generic and everything follows the same patterns thus far - wtf-ever it is it won't be anything all that complicated to figure out if you've done the prereqs).
