Probably be fun but I can see the arm sensors being used mostly while people play from the sofa or office chair lol.

This is the most amazing thing to add with the oculus rift. I would need this + oculus and something I could walk / run on without falling off or running into a wall. I seen that one track but to restrictive, need to be a larger platform.

Not sure which track thing you mention, but here is a platform that secures you to run wild.

Virtuix Omni + Oculus Rift + PrioVR (Motion Sensors for upper torso at least) = Full in game movement like a bawss.
