It doesn't say that servers are up but you can login and patch.

Premium MMORPGs do not feature built-in cheating via cash for gold pay 2 win. PLAY to win or don't play.

    Yeah, there is a 1gb patch.. 1/9th of the whole game size to fix errors.. glad I'm now with an unlimited usage isp.
