Weird account processing

in Final Fantasy XIV

I purchased FFXIV a few weeks ago, and got an Early Access code. I even got to play some :) I managed to get a THM/CNJ to 12/8!

But I noticed that SE never actually charged my account, and I never received a final game code. Today, I see that they finally charged my credit card, but I still don't have a final game code. It will not accept my early access code.

Are they allowing digital sales today? Should I expect to get a new final game code? Or am I doing something wrong?

    i have been searching for the past 4 hrs for info on digital dl info. nothing has been released that i can find. sorry for your issue, wish i new. but at least you got to play some lol. i saw it at a friends house and now i want and i cant have. turns out Turkey doesnt sell the hard copy anywhere
