Just checked my account and found that i have been given 5 more free days. That is not only very generous since i had almost no problems accessing the game, it also shows combined with their sincere apologies that this company does respect their customers and goes out of their way to make them happy.

Don't get me wrong i appreciate the 5 days, it's just i want that mount.

I really would have preferred something other than time, like a special minion,  mount, or a Title (although i never use them)

Something that showed they went out of their way to make just for us and then give it to us like a gift, an "I was there" keepsake kind thing would have been cooler.

I just think redirecting a group just to make a mount when there are more pressing issues is asking a bit much and counter productive. You are aware how much work is involved into making a mount, right?

Yes and is why it would have meant so much. BUT, being able to log in and out is reward in itself.
