But now, I don't have a final game code, even though SE has charged my credit card. If online sales are stopped, why did they charge me? Or, if online sales are going on, why didn't I get a key?

check your spam folder i heard it was going there if not go to www.findmyorder.com it hink thats the site and your game code should be there

Oooh! Thanks! I had forgotten about that find my order site. I was naively expecting an email with the code.

Yeah go to findmyorder.com. I had to get mine there. Didnt get the actual email until the Saturday after release, lol. If you bought it after release then it should have been printed right on the invoice.

... you did buy digital no? If not youll have to wait until it arrive in the mail. You have another week before the EA keys stop granting access anyway.

I bought it before the early access period. Played for a while, but then my early access code didn't work.

Turns out SE didn't charge my card until the other day, though.

I registered my code, and am downloading the patch. Now I can get in line to wait for a server LOL
