Official Request for Info Concerning Possible ISP Throttling

If you've been having latency problems in FFXIV like me and many others, please visit the thread below from the official forums.  They're gathering evidence.  Apparently, there may be a problem with ISPs throttling data as they see the game as peer-to-peer...or something.  IDK, not tech savvy!  Anyway, the more evidence SE gets, the more likely they are to act.  The thread is currently 76 pages long.
