are some buffs not working?

I was looking at the way my archer's buffs go up and it seems like some effects arent going up.

hawks eye +15% dex, +20% accuracy

Looking at my character sheet I can see the dex go up, but the accuracy stat doesnt change.

Internal release (from pug) +20% crit rate.

Also does not change the stat on character sheet.

Are they not working, or just not showing?

Internal release definitely works, even without the character sheet telling you anything, the increased chance of crit is easily noticeable in gameplay.

They are working. They just dont show the increase
