game time

in Final Fantasy XIV

So I checked my "mog station" and it told me I have 6 days of playtime left. That seems extremely wrong due to the fact that I was not able to log in until the 27th (and all I had was the 1017 error) and then I was told I would have 7 days of comped time.

6 days from now is the 18th of sept which does not even meet the standard 30 days I was promised much less the extra 7 days that I'm am owed.

Does anyone know anything about this because I am going to contact customer support tomorrow and start digging unless someone knows different about this, because I am not starting to pay for this game this early, I will cancel my account before that 6 days is up.

    Judging by the game time left Im going to gues and say you owned the Original 1.0 game , if thats the case you have gotten the game time they owe you.

    If you did buy FFXIV ARR then yes, then it does look like you are missing game time.

    Yeah I owned 1.0 , I thought I was supposed to get 30 days free though, maybe I have misunderstood what is actually happening, all I know is that I could not log in for a week, and if I was supposed to get 30 days as a 1.0 owner then 6 days does not equal that if those first 7 were given back.

    You are not entitled to 30 free days for 1.0 and 30 free days for FF:ARR.  You received, and used, your 30 days free time for 1.0 back when you bought it 2 years ago.  You were given a few additional days free time for the release of FF:ARR which expired on or about Sept. 9th.  You are now on the 7 free days that they extended everyone for the 1017 inconvenience that will expire on or about Sept, 16th.  Hope that helps.

    Those who owned 1.0 got 15 days free time, so from 27th until the 11th. Plus the 7 days from extended time to the 18th.
