Grinding Gear Games Racist Developer, hates the USA

A small developer located in New Zealand seems to let antagonistic remarks against the American people run rampant on their forums.  An American player posted a dedication on the 9/11 victims that passed away, instead of the developer locking the thread they let inappropriate comments flood the thread.  

After some research New Zealand is actually considered one of the most racist countries in the world especially racist to foreigners and the Maori.  How do we respond to this?  Sad to see that a hobby of mine is littered with this nonsense.
