There are people that will be very angry about waiting an hour or so just to get in to a dungeon with someone that prevents them from finishing it, especially when the game forces you to finish some dungeons just to progress with the storyline. This will hold people back for hours if you screw up. Although their reaction might be rude and unnecessary, their frustration should be understandable. There are also many players that will be understanding and help you learn the ropes.
If these type of reactions upset you, you should probably focus on only grouping with patient people willing to help until you're confident in the mechanics and can easily take a PUG through a particular dungeon. I suggest forming groups with people on your server that know beforehand that you're learning, or join a good FC that's willing to help you practice. I think PUGs are a bad place to learn unless you just don't care about frustrating others. There are plenty of people willing to help, but it's just luck of the draw if you look for them in the random duty finder.
The same can be said about people that are easily frustrated by players that are learning. You should avoid PUGs and group with your elitist friends. It will be less frustrating for everyone.
People that can't handle others learning about the game their playing should get reported for harrasing those players. If you don't like the group you're in, then leave. You're easily replaced. Good luck with that hour long dps queue.
Yes it's frustrating to have someone not know what their doing, but don't expect to jump in a PUG and everyone know how to play. That's what your friends are for.
