I like the ideas of these sorts of games but... you can 100% bet it'll be flooded with Hacks such as Aim bot etc. Otherwise It would be a great game to play in a team.
This is definitely going to turn into a WarZ like pvp game, but is that so bad? I guess it is bad since it is a described as a survival game, but I have been looking for a good pvp game like WarZ that isn't crap.

Exactly. This happens to every survival pvp game. DayZ, WarZ, etc. It just comes with the genre.
Originally posted by StarI Sounds like someone was describing WarZ. Which btw is now a much better game than it was half a year ago.
It has gotten better, but I want to follow a dev team that isn't sketchy like Hammerpoint. It is hard to believe in them to do things. The development on the game is pretty slow. It feels like the game has finally launched a year later.
From what I can read there wont be PvP, or will it be an "optional" multiplayer setting? Still, it has to be better than DayZ and THE DISCRIPTION ALONE is better than WarZ.
I don't think I can go and check out a game that has free for all OWPVP without seeing like 90%+ of the post complaining about the OWPVP. I get it I honestly do PvP isn't everyone's cup of tea, it isn't predictable because of the human factor and that just scares people. My main concern with these types of games is not the griefing but the hackers that will eventually take the game over.
I have a serious question for the anti PvP people. Why do you hate free for all open world PvP so much but love the idea of battle grounds? Let me guess "In battlegrounds we know we are going to be pvping so we are prepared and on an even playing field.". From a PvPers standpoint instanced PvP is not fun....its basically like you are forcing us to go kill a raid boss, its predictable and boring. In open world PvP keeps you on your toes brings a sense of danger to the game.
Anyways sorry for the rant this horse has been beating 1000000 times. Just get tired of seeing PvErs complain about PvP in a SURVIVAL game. I don't go and play Sim City and complain that I can't race cars in the game and that they need more car racing in it. Just doesn't make sense.

Is survivavl PVE so bad that no one can make a decent game without having to have the ridiculous PVP? This game is a fail before it even launches....
