Is a large family oriented community with more than 30 games in every genre with over 2000 members total.
Because of it´s roots in military FPS games, Games are structured as Divisions with regional Battalions (EU,NA)
These Units are guided by a military styled "Chain of Command" organizing internal events and tournaments.
The SMITE division is recruiting members for both casual (primary) and competitive (secondary) play.
Our goal is to have fun playing SMITE with others in a family friendly setting.
Members are expected to log onto Teamspeak whenever they're playing SMITE.
(This is optional but ensures there's almost always someone online 24/7 to play with.)
Scheduled training sessions are:
North America (NA)
Day | Time | Type |

http://taw.net/wikis/welcome/our-code-of-ethics.aspx
I took a close look at the code of ethics I suggest you read them very carefully I found that Personally I do not like Section 1,3,8.
My reason.
Section 1, Tells us that we can't conduct our own business in any RPG game or game we wish to play in for example if we want to trade virtual currency between games outside of a game being part of this guild tries to limit such activities and should not even be in the rules list it should be listed as a Don't Ask Don't Tell Policy the rest of it is fine.
Section 3, Chain of command is okay, and perhaps if a clan has good leaders this will always work, but from personal experience being a member of a similar clan called Fever Gaming using similar ranking systems after a month or so I found that our members were cheating online games exploiting Never Winter, Guild Wars, War Frame, and even pirating files on our team speak server, well I finally came out and told all the leaders about this and all it got was me and a few friends perm banned from the server without reason with a lie and a cover up story, the so called chain of command never worked because the so called personal were so stuck up, maybe it works with TAW I don't know only way to know would be to be a member of the actual clan and see whom their leaders are actually like.
Section 8, Really bothers me tells me what I can play and how I can play it for example not allowed to play as another gaming organization meaning I am not allowed to start my own DOTA 2 team, or members or have freedoms to do as I wish outside of the gaming community which I don't know about everyone else here, but I don't like being put on a collar and leash and being the slave if I want to play with other friends outside of any clan then I will do so unless it actually conflicts with a clan in a PVP Game like Dark Fall, EVE, or something.
Also I notice that members are not required to wear a tag under the rules when they play online games, and it also says that even if not wearing the tag you are still representing the clan, it feels as if Big Brother is watching me if I were a member of a clan that stalked me online watching everything I do, keep in mind that anyone can wear any tag they want in their name in an online game and also make claims that they are a member of (X) Clan they do not need you're consent either except for official in game guild invites tags mean nothing these days in a lot of RPG. (I am not saying players should totally be disrespectful just because they are not wearing a tag or part of a guild, but saying that these type of rules should not even be there.)
So yeah I would suggest players read the "Code OF Ethics" Very clearly."
As for myself, I play games like Dark Fall, Albion, Guild Wars, AOC, and many titles I hang with about 3 gaming community no one puts a leash on anyone here we are all mature, we curse and do as we feel like as it is an adult gaming community except around a few people we hold our tongue because of their kids.
I'll have to commend you for reading the code of ethics up front, most people do not.
Appearantly you had no problems with 5 out of 8 sections so I'll only adress your 3.
1. Though this is an mmorpg website, this post is targeting SMITE players.
I gather you seem interested in the other mostly RPG related TAW divisions.
However Section 1. pretty much only refers to "not cheating or glitching".
You'll have explain the concept of trading "virtual currency between games" to me.
If it involves buying ingame currency from those Bots.. then I guess..this can be considered cheating.
However... every TAW Game division has their own rules, it could very well be..that it might be illegal in one..but allowed in another.
it is however not an issue in our SMITE division.
2. Section 3, Chain of Command should be there to "pass on" or "help with" any issues you might have.
Gotta say it's sad to hear YOU got banned for reporting a wrong to the higher ups...
I won't claim it wouldn't happen in TAW, Cuz there's no guarantee against corruption.
But our CoC is split up into the main TAW command and the Divisional command.
Most issues should be fixable on Division level... but should the Division command be corrupt at least you have the option to circumvent
them and have neutral higher ups come in and address issues properly.
3. Section 8, This is a personal opinion.
In the SMITE division you CAN start your own team, name it whatever you want with friends and what not.
But it is not allowed to join a structured and organized competition with this team (unless they're all TAW members)
It isnt that much to ask for someone in a clan to promote the clan!
Of course you can apply the don't ask don't tell policy here
All in all the rules are there to promote the gaming community we're developing based on fun and unity.
If you don't like it, you can always leave..... it is after all still a game.

SMITE with all your MIGHT!
Ah the memories, "about a year ago" i was accepted in the PS2 EU outfit of TAW, waited 2 full weeks to the leader of such division to invite me in, never hapened.
Even when i asked why the process was being so slow even though i was accepted, they only evaded a true answer, the good thing is i was able to see the person i needed to invite me in (straight away since i had the aproval of central command) playing the game and telling me (sorry, we have a scheduled exercise i will invite you another day)
Said that, at the third week of waiting i waved the hand real hard. Not sure if taking 3+ weeks to invite someone can be considered profesionalism of any kind.
3 weeks is absurdly long, I have no idea who ran the PS outfit recruiting policy, and am not going to apologize on their behalf.
The SMITE EU division however has this down to an art. Sign up, We'll contact you with Teamspeak information, add your ingame name to our friendslist and give you the In game names of ALL involved in processing new applicants.
You might not catch the one officially assigned to your processing , but you'll damn straight find another one of us online to do it instead of him/her.
That's how our recruting team works, shoulder to shoulder, filling any gaps.
