What kind of a joke of a moderation goes here?

I got the following warning message:

From OPs videos its pretty clear he doesnt even know what ability delay is.
There were few issues stacked under that name, worst being ability that doesnt activate at all but goes on CD.
It was extremely noticable in PvP, [mod edit]
And PvE lol, we finished everything on NiM back at launch, undergeard with lag, plethora of bugs (some are not fixed even today) and ability delay in a month or so.
They did make it better but its still there, i guess its something thast beyond fixing (probably as their whole engine issue), just make it "as good as it can be but never completely eliminated"

I was showing you using mouse because it was the only way to show. How else do you expect me to show it? Just an FYI, i use a Logitech G600 for my MMOs and Dota 2.
[mod edit] I have no idea what you would have been expecting me to do there. I don't have a big studio here than i can put multiple cameras and record both ingame and outside to record using keyboard. The thread was for showing that after clicking the ability whether through mouse or keyboard, there isn't any delay. The animation delay was removed as well.

So if someone calls on me for truth in what i have posted, it's called Retaliation. Am i not supposed to reply to anyone? This is a joke. Was the mod who issued me this warning the guy who i replied to, because this is a blatant misuse of power. I can not see how in anyway this deserves a warning.

Can anyone explain to me how in anyway possible my reply to him deserves warning?
