GW2 cant download/connect/or go to forums

Last night I logged out for a few minutes take a break. After about 30 minutes I came back and it said Conection error(s) retrying...      I entered tickets in the forums and got automated responses to which I followed there instructions to no avail. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now it says connection failure and I cannot even download. So I go to the forums to find a solution and I cannot get into the forums  but the rest of the site is up just fine.  Anyone else experiancing issues like this...I mean I bought the game a week ago and alrdy I cannot even play it.
