    Per your requirements, as many have already mentioned, Final Fantasy XIV and Guild Wars 2 both fit the bill perfectly.

     

    Edit: Whops, I forgot that FFXIV isn't F2P/B2P. Guild Wars 2 it is!

    I would recommend GW2 (p2p) or WoW (sub) WoW is a great introductory to a MMO, its extremely populated with huge PvE.

    FFXIV is a must, but it's on subscription. Worth every bit of it.
