    loose the capitals

oh, and EQ2 rocks... if you dont like it, thats your problem.

P.S.  Stop whinning about how EQ2 sucks, it did at launch, but it is SO much better!

well ACTUALLY the game itself is only $15 a month, which is basically standard for the market. however, what you are talking about is station access, which is $22 a month which is OPTIONAL.

    with station access you get:

    EQ2 Subscription
EQ2 Special Features (ie EQ2Players.com character bio, online item descriptions, all that)
    4 Additional EQ2 Character Slots
    Free EQ2 Adventure Packs
    EQ1 Subscription
    SWG Subscription
    Planetside Subscription
+all the Station Pass games (like Infantry Online).

add that all up and its over $80 (and thats w/o the 4 additional char slots in eq2)

IMO, $7 more for all that is a damn good deal, but others may disagree.

    ------

also, ya lose that caps and to YOU it isn't the best, there are some that like it much better than all the competition. different people like different games. and even so, people ARE still getting the game. ive actually a boom of new players about once a month now on my server. eq2 is far from dead, and it's only getting better.

    1. Stop using CAPs

    2. 22 bucks a month pays for EIGHT games plus four additional characters for EQ2. Pretty good deal if you ask me considering the average price for ONE monthly mmorpg is 14.99

    Those eight games are:

    Star Wars Galaxies
    EverQuest
    EverQuest 2
    Planetside
    EverQuest Online Adventures
    Infantry Online
    Cosmic Rift
    Tanarus

One clarification to the access to other games part.

You must have previously purchased those games and have them on your computer to play them.  Having the all access does not give you the game itself.  If you don't have the game, you need to buy it or you will NOT have access to it.

Also, the special website part of the EQ2 all access is still a work in progress.  Accessability is spotty at best sometimes.

    Right

you cant get all their mmorpgs free plus play them for only 22 bucks a month

    You need the games

    But that's pretty self-explanatory

Well if u buy game card then VAT is already included in the price and that makes it $15. That is why i am using GC:):)

They have stated over and over again that ALL expansion packs will be free for station subscribers.

You only have to pay for the actual Expansions, like this Desert thingie.

I'm all for any fee that keeps the OP from playing on my server.

Holycow. I didnt realise you get to play all them games AND get the EQ2 adventure packs in one! I guess thats what I get for not reading the fineprint.

Well then I have to say /bow to SOE for that amazing offer making it without a doubt the best offer ANY mmo has.
Like Tony the Tiger would say : There GREAT! (tony the Tiger being the Tiger on Kellogs frostedflakes).

But even tho its a great offer, I no longer subcribe to EQ2. =( Might take it up again once the PvP is implemented.

Considering how quick and easy Bloodlines was, with a few encounters at 25, 30, and 35 that could be knocked out in a day for each segment, and the sweet rewards, I would disagree that most people don't do it.

It's easy to find someone with the expansion, and easy to get great loot, XP, and a ton of status for finishing it. As long as you don't just sit around for a week straight waiting for a group to ask you. Just make one and go do it.
