How do I get L50+ culinary recipes

in Final Fantasy XIV

Im L50 culinary now, but not seeing the L70 recipes.  What do I need to do to get them?  Finished the L50 quest and there are no more from the guild guy.

edit: nm.  might have been a glitch because they just showed up today after maintenance.
