Fall of Rome --- Fresh Meat Apply Within!

I have been playing Fall of Rome, of late. I was wondering if anyone else here was playing it, and if so, what game or games you are in? I started in game # 139 last week.
It's a 12-player multiplayer strategy wargame. This is no rat killing game. This one requires the player to actually think.
The best that I have finished in any of my games of Fall of Rome, thus far, is 3rd place. How about the rest of you?
