I would have to say Gul’dan would be my favorite. Gul’dan first showed up in the early Warcraft rts games as the original death knight in outland was so much fun playing him in that campaign. Then in warcraft 3 even though gone had a huge impact on the lore. Warlock as been my favorite class in WOW and sates the appetite of my black little heart
