USA vs nuclear ! Another lost war ?

OK we all saw USA is trying to prevent nuclear misshap in a lot of part of the world ! mostly foe ! OK good ! my question : what are we doing to prevent or fix misshap in our ally backyard ?
we don't need to do anything ?
I wonder if Japan would agree ? question : any got the link about the real time feed following the radioactive water course in the ocean that was dumped by Japan . and last I checked still being dumped in the ocean ?
