Latest Oct 2013 patch - New dragon instances & Low-level RvR

Just a heads up that in or around Oct 2013, the game was patched to bring in new dragon boss instances and also a new starter island RvR open pvp area. I think for levels 1-20 or so players can jump straight into RvR (called "Squid Island") and try it, instead of having to wait for level 25 (which takes about 10 hours really).
