Hadn't seen a post here on this topic yet, so I thought i'd make one.
Posted today, this video shows devs discussion progress into alpha/beta for EQNL. It shows a player building in landmark, and they show off many tools players will have in the game.

I have to say it looks already quite finished to what i expected from Landmark. Looks like solid build buildinggame.
On the other side, the guy who builds in the background is not from the art-department so its not his job to build the stuff for NEXT, or how easy even a noob can build stuff
