The whole year 2013 wasn't very good when it comes to new MMORPG releases. A lot of titles, as usual many pointless cash shop "Asian grinders", but very little quality.
Age of Wushu and FFXIV are decent, but not more than just decent.
Agree. 2013 has been a bad year for quality mmorpg gaming.

It's true. And sort of weird. Having no big MMO release around Christmas time is a weird thing indeed.

Salem: Nice for people who like to craft but not much action.
EQN: not released Hopefully it will what we all are expecting; I though EQL was suppose to release this month.
FF XIV: well... FF Heard the game was a disappointment to some, but haven't played it personally
Dragons Prophet: never heard of it before so I'll check it out next weekend.
Phantasy Star Online 2: not released - their website isnt even finished.
WildStar: not released - pushed back so it could have been '13.
City of Steam: might be nice I just couldnt get used to the black background all the time.
Path of Exile: that one is nice imho. Its an Dungeon crawler; multiplayer online game, not mmo.
Game of Thrones: not released
ArcheAge: not released here Heard it is very lacking in sandbox features; cash shop is a hinderence, but they're working on making it better.
Bless: not released
Age of Wushe: never tried it Neat ideas, but overall most the gameplay was gimmicks that really didn't really amount to much; the combat and stealing other school's abilities was cool though.
Neverwinter: fun for a while
Black Desert: not released
TESO: not released Thus far its a Gw2 clone and hardly anything like Skyrim.

The list is more about 2013/14 than '13 alone.
