Dark Ages

Anyone every played Dark Ages. been playing for about 6 years on and off and by my stanbdards one of the best MMO's out there. It still entertains me after 6 years. if you havnt tried it and are looking for a new game i suggest giving it a try.

the graphics arent great but the community is huge and there plenty to do.

Gameplay and such looks good to me, might be fun to play. Unfortunately I'm more of a person who wants a game to have high quality graphics, so I guess I better stick to GW...

this game emphasizes roleplaying at every turn. whether it be talking in RP, choosing your past, or just the whole concept of the game.
ive played it before i enjoyed it.
although i didnt actually spend enough time on it to get into it, im thinkin it would be pretty fun

Darkages is a fun game. I used to play it way back when it was still in beta, but a few things really screwed it over.

First the addition of subclassing, totally unbalanced everything, specially the poor people that decided to stay 'Pure'.

It takes the Devs there months to fix the stupidest bugs, and add any type of new content.

There is no crafting at all =/

Its more of a social game than anything else. People put on plays, and roleplay alot. But its nothing compaired to UO.

its gotten alot better then it used to be.

pure classes have skills that subs cant get, in fact a pure class has the strongest skill in the game

they made it somwhat equal except for the pure wizard witch is only good for mana leeching but its alot better then it used to be and they have added new classes after you are grandmaster!
