This makes me absolutely giddy and will improve WvW quite a bit. I almost play my mesmer exclusively in WvW because WXP is character bound, but going account bound means those six other 80s better start loosening up and getting ready for some action. With pooled points I can have each alt specialize in certain areas and, depending on the needs of the guild that night, take the right one for the jobs needed. Wonderful quality of life change for the game.
