Green with Invidia

Now excuse me if I am being abit slow here, and you all knew. But I found out reading an article about the 7 Deadly Sins, that one of these sins is jealousy.

And the Latin name for jealousy or envy is Invidia.

Why it suddenly makes sense that NVidia is the green team, as in green with envy.
