Attribute points distribution

Hi,

Every sites I'm checking for this wonderful game states that you should receive 10 att. points per level, making a 4 skill possibility of : 10 10 10 5.

 

I'm trying to create a amge with a bottomless pool of HP ( E/Nec. ) who I think should be very useful in PvP. However, I receive only 5 points per level. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or did they changed it near release? Thanks.

    as far as i know the higher the level is, more point you get each level but i havnt relly took care about this since i put point where i need them in the situation i face and change them when needed. I dont aim for a specific build since enyway for some situation you may have to change attribute and skill.
