LFG - Decent PvE, Decent PvP, Awesome Graphics

Just built myself a new, high-end, rig and want to test it out on a solid MMO.  Looking for the following:

Decent PvE (trying to avoid kill 10 rat quests, etc)

Decent PvP (I would prefer open world, but good match PvP like SWTOR is okay)

Awesome graphics (DX11 support would be awesome)

I prefer fantasy genre, like WoW, Rift, etc.  Sub doesn't matter.  I'll pay whatever for something great (except P2W).

 

If you want a list of games I'm probably not interested in, here they are and why:

- RIFT - graphics are just okay; already played it when it release

- WoW - already played it for a long time

- FFIV - no pvp; combat too slow

- TSW - actually re-downloaded it and playing it now; graphics are great but not my ideal genre

I'd recommend AoC or GW2. Both good games. Both have PVE and PVP. Both have very good graphics.

Thanks.  I actually played both of those.

 

GW2 was ok but both PvE and PvP were just...ok.  Nothing special.

 

AoC I actually bought at release and loved it.  Isn't it kind of dying?  Also, Aren't the graphics kind of dated at this point?

Just about any of the mmorpgs that have come out in the last 2 years. Ok pve, ok pvp, but great graphics!

@op: you need to define what you mean by "ok pve/pvp". That can mean anything.

However, I'll suggest The Secret World.

As far as Conan goes, I think that's a great suggestion. I wouldn't worry about the idea of "isn't it dying" because one can make that argument with many games that have been around for a while. Even Vanguard.

I would also suggest Tera as a decent contender.

I would try Wushu, but I already played that

Are AoC graphics as good now as anything out there?  Any idea if crafting is worth a damn?

I agree "ok pve/pnp"  is very vague but, at the same time, I want to make a point that I don't need a solution to world hunger.  I'm just a veteran MMO player that has played tons of MMO's and is just looking for something that I haven't played yet that is above average in most things...because i dabble in most things.

AoC graphics are great, I think they stand up.

re Tera: yes you can quest grind or you can just grind mobs. I did half and half. And yes your question is vague which is why I asked. Some people like to quest grind so my question stands as I could have proudly stated "Tera!" as an exampe of ok pve and you would have wondered why as it is "quest grinding". Still, I picked up quests and just ended up killing mobs as that is fun and relaxing for me.

In any case, Try secret world, the quests are much better than average, good graphics, and fun.
