Well I can't think of very many off the top of my head with most being aimed towards children, or aimed at a older audience but very poorly designed. I think I will have to go with Runescape, sure it's had it's ups and downs but it's still a solid game with some of the very best quest lines in any MMO, but my god the freaking grind in that game.
